Near Mildura, Mungo lake will be both an introduction to the outback and an immersion in the aboriginal culture (recommend to take a guide). A dry lake, which refills regularly (every 10 000 years according to the westerners, much more frequently according to the aborigenals). It is also the place where the oldest aboriginal has been found (62 000 years old therefore challenging the current theories of human migrations to populate the world)
